CIArb's European Branch - Netherlands Chapter invites you to the event 'Cultural Differences in Advocacy in International Arbitration', a panel discussion on various topics of evidence in international arbitration.
The main topic of this event is how advocacy can be affected by Cultural Differences between parties, counsel and arbitrators or mediators where it comes to international dispute resolution. Approaching the opposing party or the arbitrator, conducting negotiations, witness examinations and oral hearings.
