The main topic of this webinar is on how ‘Cultural Differences between parties, counsel and arbitrators or mediators can affect both proceedings and outcomes in international dispute resolution’. Cultural Differences often play an unseen but significant role in how the opposing party or arbitrators are approached, how they respond, in written submissions, conducting negotiations, witness examinations and oral hearings.
