The Scottish Branch is pleased to invite you to our latest online event, which promises to be interesting and informative.
On an annual basis HKA publishes its CRUX Insight report which identifies the causes of claims and disputes around the world. The aim of CRUX report is to better understand claims and dispute causation and to reinvigorate the debate about how best to reduce the prevalence of disputes across the engineering and construction industry.
In this informative event we have a panel discussing and answering questions on some of the common causes of disputes. Andrew along with experts from HKA will deal with the technical aspects and Alistair will deal with the legal aspects.
Cost(s): Attendance to this event is free of charge, but pre-registration is required.
