Ciarb's Ireland Branch is hosting a three-part seminar and discussion panel with a spectacular view of the Dublin skyline.

The seminar, moderated by Peter O’Malley, the Chair of the Ciarb Ireland Branch, will be led by a range of speakers who will discuss the following topics:
- Quantifying and Substantiating Delay, Cause and Effect: Brian Barry, a Senior Director and testifying Expert Witness with KROLL, who will outline the essential steps and the approaches available to support a claim for critical delay.
- Valuing Prolongation: Mark Wearen, a Senior Director and testifying Expert Witness with KROLL who will outline how a claim for Prolongation Costs can be adequately quantified and substantiated.
- What does the Tribunal or Dispute Resolver need?: Lydia Bunni BL, Chair of the Construction Bar Association, will set out the evidential requirements for delay claims from the perspective of the Tribunal or the Dispute Resolver.
The presentations will be followed by a discussion, chaired by Gary Comerford, a Senior Director, and Expert Witness with KROLL, to answer questions from the audience.
