CIArb’s North America Branch (NAB) celebrates CIArb NAB ADR Month with The CIArb NAB Tech ADR Summit Webinar Series. The Tech ADR Summit Webinar Series features five interactive panel discussions with diverse leading experts familiar with the complex intersection of business, technology, policy and law.
The events occur every Thursday throughout October, and will include the following events:
- 1 October 2020 - The next generation of tech-industry disputes from the in-house counsel who will file and the ADR practitioners who will serve.
- 8 October 2020 - Smart contracts and blockchain dispute resolution from international and institutional perspectives.
- 15 October 2020 - The future of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics in international arbitration.
- 22 October 2020 - Online dispute resolution: the new frontier.
- 29 October 2020 - Managing cybersecurity threats in arbitration: what arbitrators, counsel, and clients should know.
Programme: The online events take place every Thursday in October at 1.00pm ET/10.00am PT (save for 8 October 2020 which takes place at 11.00am ET/8.00am PT).
Cost(s): Attendance to this online event is free for CIArb members, however pre-registration is required.
