As part of the Sao Paulo Arbitration Week, CIArb's Brazil has organised a panel of experts that will consider important aspects relating to arbitrator's ethics in general, challenges resulting from lack of disclosure and claims to set aside awards issued by arbitrators that failed to comply with the duty of disclosure.
This is a recurring topic in many arbitrations. Do all jurisdictions deal with it in the same way? In this session, we will hear about the approach taken in England, Hong Kong, the US, Nigeria, Portugal, Ecuador and Brazil.
The online audience will be encouraged to put their questions to the panel.
Access to this event is complementary, however pre-registration is required.
