Giovanni Profazio is a lecturer at Master “Diritto e Impresa” of “Sole 24 Ore Business School” in Rome. He assists clients in the field of international commercial contracts and international arbitration. He is a member of The Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), of the “Associazione Italiana dell’Arbitrato (AIA)” and of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 

Roberto Oliva has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 2022, where he is a member of the Dispute Resolution Department. Roberto assists Italian and foreign clients in complex disputes before Italian State Courts and arbitral tribunals seated in Italy and overseas. Olena Perepelynska is a Partner and Head of Arbitration at INTEGRITES law firm in Kyiv, Ukraine. She has acted as counsel in about 100 international arbitrations under various rules, including ICC, LCIA, SCC, DIS, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL and Swiss Rules. She has also served as arbitrator in more than 80 arbitrations seated in Almaty, Bishkek, Kyiv, London, Minsk, Paris, Vienna and Stockholm. Olena serves as a President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Vice President of the ICC Ukraine, head of ADR committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and Member of the Global Steering Committee of the ERA-PLEDGE. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and member of its the Approved Faculty List. Olena is also editorial board member the ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin. 

Nazareth Romero is enrolled with the Madrid Bar and a partner of Ovoli Frugoni Romero law firm, where she heads the arbitration department. 

She is a member of ArbitralWomen, an European Branch CIArb Committee Member and founding member of the Iberian Chapter within the European Branch.

She is  External Expert DG Justice – Commission EU and Arbitrator and TSD Expert (Trade and Sustainable Development Expert) by the European Commission for dispute settlement panels under trade agreements to which the EU is a party.
