AGENDA
- To receive apologies for absence.
- To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 8 September 2020.
- To consider, and if thought appropriate, adopt the Annual Accounts, the Trustees' Annual Report and the Report of the Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2020.
- To authorise the Trustees to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
- Any other business.
No member, save with the consent of the Chair of the meeting, may bring any matter before the meeting unless they have given not less than twenty-one days’ notice in writing to the Director General of their intention to raise the matter (Bye-Law 19.2). Notice in writing includes notice given by email which should be sent marked for the attention of the Director General to governance@ciarb.org.
