NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators will be held at 12 Bloomsbury Square, London, WC1A 2LP at 4:30pm BST on Thursday 13 June 2019.
By Order of the Trustees
1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 12 July 2018.
3. To consider, and if thought appropriate, adopt the Annual Accounts, the Trustees' Annual Report and the Report of the Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2018.
4. To authorise the Trustees to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
5. Any other business.
No member save with the consent of the Chairman of the meeting may bring any matter before the meeting unless they have given not less than twenty-one days’ notice in writing to the Director General of their intention to raise the matter (Bye-Law 19.2).
