Application for the recommendation of an arbitrator

By virtue of sections 48(5)(b) and 50(4)(b) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (“the 2015 Act”) and regulations 58(2)(b) and 60(4)(b) of the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016 (“the Code”), the Pubs Code Adjudicator (“the PCA”) has the power to appoint another person to arbitrate a Pubs Code dispute referred under that legislation. By virtue of paragraph 5 to part 1 of Schedule 1 to the 2015 Act the Deputy Pubs Code Adjudicator (“the DPCA”) may exercise those powers.

The PCA/DPCA (please specify your choice of either PCA or DPCA in the name box below) hereby applies to the President or Deputy President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for an arbitrator to be recommended for the purpose of arbitrating the dispute.
