Director of Membership Engagement and Communications
Mark joined CIArb in 2021 and is responsible for our membership proposition, our brand and how we engage with our members and audiences across all channels.
A huge advocate of an audience-led and data-driven approach to strategy and planning, Mark has a strong background in brand, marketing and business management. He has held various board positions and was previously Director of Brand and Marketing at the National Trust (a UK based charity with 6 million members).
Outside of work, Mark offers pro-bono mentoring for people wanting to develop a career in marketing and is keen on running, hacking his way around golf courses and is kept on his toes by his family!
