In Memoriam Emmanuel GaillardIt is with great sadness that we learnt of Emmanuel Gaillard’s passing on April 1st. The European Branch of the CIArb would like to express its deepest condolences to his family and colleagues, but also to the entire arbitration community worldwide. In France, Europe and beyond, we are all mourning this renowned figure of international arbitration.
