The New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) and the New York Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArbNY) are pleased to report that the Third Annual New York Arbitration Week, November 15-19, 2021.

The Scottish Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators is deeply saddened to announce the untimely death of Stephen O’Rourke QC.  

CIArb's Thailand Branch was founded around 25 years ago. The branch currently has about 80 members. 

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators expresses its sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Thomas D Halket who sadly died on 24 November 2021 after a short illness.

We are delighted to announce that CIArb has been awarded the contract to be the sole provider of Arbitration Referral Services to the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA).

Following a consultation earlier this year, the Law Commission of England and Wales has today confirmed it will conduct a review of the Arbitration Act 1996, the principal legislation governing arbitration in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
