The Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration is one of CIArb’s leading ADR training programmes. Delivered in the heart of Oxford for more than twenty years, it provides practising lawyers and other professionals who are familiar with legal reasoning and concepts, provided they are both involved in arbitration (domestic or international), the opportunity to attend a nine-day course in Oxford and undertake assessments that may make them eligible for peer interview for Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). The Diploma is delivered by highly-experienced and distinguished tutors and involves a combination of lectures, seminars and interactive sessions. The fee, which does not include assessment fees, covers tutoring and course materials, as well as accommodation and board at Oxford’s oldest college, which is in the middle of Oxford (https://www.univ.ox.ac.uk/)
